The last cartridge I received from Amazon that claimed to be in retail packaging, but was just in an envelope didn't work. These are usually re-manufactured cartridges or factory seconds. Regardless, this is false advertising by the vendor (GO-DPS) who claimed it was in retail packaging. This price is good unless you have a coupon somewhere -- I checked Staples and all the other name brand stores. So, don't over-research if you need HP 564 printer ink. This is a good deal. |
